3	Prototype Building & Testing, will entail completion of the Information Architecture Plan, Interface & Navigation Scheme design, creative & graphics elements design	A series of status reports, interim specifications and content structure clarifications will lead to the development of the beta version
4	and database design
5	Functionality Add-ons , will be added on the working prototype to test its performance as fully functional eBusiness engine. Security apps will also be added.	Delivery of the fully functional -not yet operational- ebusiness engine will take place. Core training and familiarization will be provided.
6	Hosting & Support Services	Upload of application, Online testing with internal dummy users, prosedural definitions & clarifications, structured training & operations manual.
7	Site perfortmance Monitoring & Traffic analysis	Report on site performance as is, quarterly traffic analysis, final micro-debugging and delivery of Next Upgrade Report.
